Step 1. Turn your vacuum cleaner off and unplug it from your power outlet before you begin the cleaning process.

Step 2. Disconnect the vacuum canister from the vacuum cleaner.

Step 3. Disconnect the filters from the vacuum canister.

Step 4. Separate the filters.

Step 5. Wash the filters under running water then shake off the excess water.
