The filters are dirty
If the filters of your Bosch vacuum cleaner are dirty, the vacuum cleaner can stop working. To solve the problem, you will need to wash the filters. Follow the steps below to wash a Bosch vacuum filter . . .
Step 1. Turn your vacuum cleaner off and unplug it from your power outlet before you begin the cleaning process.
Step 2. Disconnect the vacuum canister from the vacuum cleaner.
Step 3. Disconnect the filters from the vacuum canister.
Step 4. Separate the filters.
Step 5. Wash the filters under running water then shake off the excess water.
Step 6. Leave the filters to dry for about twenty four hours until you are sure that they
are completely dry.
Step 7. When the filters are dry, reattach them and then reconnect them to the vacuum canister.
Step 8. Reconnect the vacuum canister to the vacuum cleaner. Check if the vacuum cleaner works properly now.
