If the side brush of your Moosoo robot vacuum cleaner is stuck, the problem could be that the side brush motor is bad. To solve the problem, you will need to replace the side brush motor. Follow the steps below to replace the side brush motor of your Moosoo robot vacuum cleaner . .

Step 1. Turn your machine off and unplug it from the power outlet before you start. Replacing any part of your Moosoo robot vacuum cleaner when the machine is still powered on or plugged into your power outlet can cause electrocution.

Step 2. Flip the vacuum cleaner over.

Step 3. Disconnect the side brush, the rolling guard, and the brush roller from the vacuum cleaner and set them aside.

Step 4. Get a screwdriver and use it to remove the two screws holding the brush bearings in place. Keep the screws in a safe place.

Note: There will be many different screws to remove so make sure you do not mix them up.

Step 5. Use the screwdriver to take out the screws under the bumper. There will be eight screws to remove. Keep the screws in a safe place.

Step 6. Under the bumper, you will see the signal bracket. Take the signal bracket out and set it aside.

Step 7. Take the bumper out of the vacuum cleaner and set it aside.

Step 8. Take out the eight screws directly at the bottom of the vacuum cleaner and keep them in a safe place.

Step 10. Carefully disconnect the wires connecting the top part of the vacuum cleaner to the bottom part. Set the top part of the vacuum cleaner aside.

Step 11. Get the screwdriver and use it to remove the three big screws holding the motherboard in place. Keep the screws in a safe place.

Step 2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the vacuum cleaner. Set the rest of the vacuum cleaner aside.
