The battery is low
If the battery of your Moosoo vacuum cleaner is low, the machine won’t be able to work properly. To solve the problem, you will need to charge the vacuum battery. Follow the steps below to charge the battery of your Moosoo cordless vacuum cleaner . . .
Step 1. Turn your vacuum cleaner off before you begin the charging process.
Step 2. Connect the vacuum cleaner to the charging station then connect the power cord to your power outlet and turn the outlet on.
Step 3. Leave the vacuum cleaner to charge for about four hours. You can tell that your Moosoo cordless vacuum cleaner is charging when you see the power indicator light flashing.
Step 4. Disconnect the vacuum cleaner from the charging station and turn the station off once the machine is fully charged. You can tell that your Moosoo cordless vacuum cleaner is fully charged when the power indicator light stops flashing.
Step 5. Turn your Moosoo cordless vacuum cleaner back on and check if it is working like it is supposed to now.
